A Bottle That Carries 25 Years of Withycombe
The bottle celebrates the faces of people who have shaped Withycombe RFC over the last 25 years. Players, supporters, and contributors who helped build the club are all there. Together, they create a visual story of commitment and community.
It made sense for this bottle to honor not just one person, but everyone who stood with him over those 25 years.
Presented on a Special Day
The bottle will be given at a celebration meal at Withycombe, right before their match against Tavistock RFC. It’s the perfect time. Food, rugby, stories, and a room full of people who know what Tony’s work has meant.
Tony Rowe is also the CEO of the Exeter Chiefs, where he’s helped shape one of the country’s best-known rugby clubs. But today is about his work at the grassroots. His loyalty, consistency, and commitment to the same club year after year.
Being president for 25 years is a big deal. It means years of decisions, conversations, fundraising, encouragement, and belief.
