3. Online only Business

• Good Natured Spirits operates exclusively online. We are not currently set up for walk-in visits, but we’re excited to connect with you through our website.

4. Proof of Age for Online Orders

• To ensure a smooth ordering process, we kindly ask customers to share their date of birth. This helps us confirm that everyone meets the legal age requirement.

5. Delivery Policy

• Alcohol can only be delivered to private residences or businesses, not to public spaces.

• Deliveries require a signature from someone of legal purchasing age. Proof of ID will be requested; otherwise, delivery will not be completed.

• We’re committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible! Just a little note: as an artisan producer, our stock is limited, so there may be times when delays happen. Also, delivery times rely on third-party couriers and are subject to occasional delays.

9. Availability of Goods

• We strive to keep all products in stock for you! However, if something isn’t available, don’t worry—we’ll let you know right away and process your refund promptly.

10. Responsibility Upon Delivery

• When you sign for a delivery, the responsibility for the goods shifts to you or whoever you've chosen as the recipient. Your signature at the delivery address confirms that you've received everything and the order is complete.

11. Damaged Goods

• Please take a moment to inspect your parcels when they arrive. If you notice any damage, kindly refuse the package and return it to the courier. We’d appreciate it if you could let us know by emailing us about the issue.
