Good Natured Spirits is committed to adhering to all UK laws, including distance selling regulations. Each order is carefully quality-checked before shipping to ensure that no damaged or defective items are sent without prior notification. We utilize specially designed packaging and the latest materials to protect your order during transit. However, occasional breakages or leaks can occur, especially with more delicate containers. Please follow the steps below if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unwanted item.
Damaged or defective goods
If your item arrives damaged or leaking, please follow these steps:
At Delivery - Refuse the parcel and do not sign for it.
After Delivery - If you discover damage or leakage upon opening the parcel, please provide evidence, such as photographs, within 7 days of dispatch. Contact our customer service team with the evidence, and we will assist you with the next steps. Our team will also provide guidance on the safe disposal of damaged goods.
Incorrect, unwanted, or non-collected goods
If you have received an incorrect or unwanted item, or if a parcel was not collected from the delivery point, you have 7 days from the date of dispatch to initiate a return. Here’s what to do:
- Ensure the product is unopened and the seals are intact.
- Keep any accessories and documentation that came with the product.
- Repack the product securely as it was originally received.

Non-collection or failed delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or a failed delivery attempt, we regret that we cannot refund shipping costs or any additional courier fees incurred. However, you have the right to claim directly from the courier service.
